Khanom Power Plant under the EGCO Group continues its commitment to enhancing community well-being through outreach activities for the elderly and persons with disabilities in surrounding areas.

On Wednesday, April 8, 2026, Khanom Electricity Generating Company Limited (KEGCO), together with its management team and employees, collaborated with local administrative organizations and Village Health Volunteers (VHVs) from Village No. 8 to carry out the “Community Visits for the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities” initiative in areas surrounding the power plant. The activity aligns with the company’s policy to promote health and improve the quality of life for nearby residents.

This initiative reflects KEGCO’s ongoing dedication to supporting local communities, with a particular focus on vulnerable groups such as the elderly and persons with disabilities. During the visits, essential supplies were distributed, along with chemical-free vegetables from the Organic Agriculture Learning Center, reinforcing the company’s efforts to encourage healthier living.

Through this activity, KEGCO reaffirms its role not only as a key power producer, but also as an active partner in driving sustainable community development and improving the well-being of the communities it serves.
