Khanom Power Plant and Ban Tha Muang School Collaborate to Advance Education, Hosting the 25th Academic Knowledge Competition with Scholarships

Khanom Electricity Generating Company Limited(KEGCO), in partnership with Ban Tha Muang School, organized the 25th annual Elementary Level Academic Knowledge Competition with Scholarships in 2025. This initiative reinforces the company's commitment to social and community responsibility. The project not only provides students in Khanom District with an opportunity to showcase their academic potential but also ensures that local youth have access to quality education. This aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) focused on reducing educational inequalities and promoting lifelong learning.

The competition took place on March 1, 2025, at Ban Tha Muang School, with 395 students participating, demonstrating the youth's dedication to self-improvement, which is crucial for building a learning society.

The scholarship award ceremony, scheduled for March 21, 2025, at the Khanom Power Plant's administration building, will not only reward the scholarship recipients but also inspire all young people to recognize the importance of education and strive for continuous self-development.
